Privacy policy
This notice explains what personal information DigitalSolomon collects, why, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we need, and we do not sell your personal information.

Information we collect
Information you give us
When you use our contact form or otherwise reach out, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, company, and the message you send. You choose what to share.
Information collected automatically
Our web server records standard request logs (for example, IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. We do not run analytics or third-party tracking scripts unless and until you accept analytics in the consent banner — see "Analytics and your choices" below.
Payment information
If you purchase from us, payment is processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout and are never stored on our servers. We receive confirmation of the transaction, not your card number.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you ask for.
- To manage our relationship with you in our CRM (see "How we share it").
- To operate, secure, and improve this site.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We rely on your consent (for analytics), the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request (to answer and serve you), and our legitimate interests and legal obligations (to run and secure the business), as those bases apply to you.
Analytics and your choices
No analytics or third-party widget loads before you make a choice. If you decline, or take no action, none loads. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a standing opt-out: the banner does not appear and analytics never loads. Your choice is stored only in your own browser (local storage), not on our servers, and you can clear it at any time through your browser.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, including:
- GoHighLevel — our CRM (SyncSphere), which stores your contact record and our correspondence.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Infrastructure and email providers that host this site and deliver our messages.
We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
Email and messaging
If we email you, every message carries an honest sender and subject and a working way to opt out. We honour opt-outs at the person level and stop contacting you on the channel you opted out of. We do not place automated marketing calls using an artificial or prerecorded voice without your prior express written consent.
Calls and recordings
When you call our published phone line, an automated AI assistant may answer. At the start of the call it tells you that it is an AI and that the call is recorded, and it asks whether you would like to continue — if you would rather not, we arrange for a person to call you back instead, and we do not continue the recorded AI conversation.
We record calls to our AI line for quality, training, and record-keeping. We keep call audio for up to 90 days and written transcripts for up to 12 months, after which we delete them, unless a longer period is needed to resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation. We do not create a voiceprint of you and do not use your call to identify you biometrically.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it. Contact records are retained for the life of our relationship and a reasonable period afterward.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact us at support@digitalsolomon.com. We will verify and respond as required by applicable law.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe and to limit who can access it.
Children
This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be made clear on this page.
